Some stand-out achievements:

Introduced critical engineering talent to Ben Ainslie Racing Ltd (now INEOS Brittania) to support their entry into the 35th America's Cup in 2017.

Developed an Assessment Centre format for Dyson to hire a full Prototype Build team in 3 months; a modified version of this format was subsequently introduced in SEA for the hiring of production teams.
